The median Floor area is 3300.

The branches below Median Floor area = Summit, Maple, Beacon and Orchard.

There is NO match between these two categories.  Hence, YES.

Question 2: Among branches with growth below the citywide median growth rate, the branch with the highest membership has a floor area below the citywide median floor area.

Median Growth rate = 1.2 ( Orchard ). The branches below the citywide median growth rate and their membership value:

Summit (7800), Beacon (11100), Grand (20500), and Maple (9200).

The Highest value is 20500 belongs to Grand. And, Grand floor Area value ( 5200) is NOT BELOW the median floor area (3300).
