so here we were given Average cost per project for A which is 86k and total project they have completed is 115. So total revenue will be 
86 * 115 = 9,890 = $9.9 million. In same way for E, 89 * 122 =10,858 = $10.8 million

Hi AnushkaKala,

Great question! The total project revenue isn't directly listed in the table — you have to calculate it by multiplying two columns together:

Total Project Revenue = Projects Completed × Avg Project Revenue ($k)

For Office A: 
- Projects Completed =  115 
- Avg Project Revenue =  $86k 
- Total Revenue =  115  ×  $86k  =  $9,890k  =  $9.89M

For Office E: 
- Projects Completed =  122 
- Avg Project Revenue =  $89k 
- Total Revenue =  122  ×  $89k  =  $10,858k  =  $10.858M

That's where those numbers come from. The table gives you the average revenue per project and the number of projects, so you simply multiply to get the total.

This derived total revenue is then used for S2 and S3:

S2 (Profit per consultant): 
- Office A: Profit =  $9.89M  -  $7.9M  =  $1.99M  →  $1.99M  /  42  consultants = ~ $47.4k  per consultant
- Office E: Profit =  $10.858M  -  $8.6M  =  $2.258M  →  $2.258M  /  47  consultants = ~ $48.0k  per consultant
- Office E is higher, so the answer is  No .
