Sajjad1994, when I read the first question, I read it as moving from December of one year to January of the next year, which in this case would make it TRUE since every other increase is much lesser.

Sort by Year:
- YoY increase from June 2008 to June 2009 is \(\frac{9.5}{5.6} = 1.7\)
- YoY incrase from May 2008 to May 2009 is \(\frac{9.4}{5.4} = 1.74\)

The difference between the lowest and highest November unemployment rates in percentage points is equal to the number recorded as the unemployment rate in November of 2004. => True

Sort column Nov:

- the highest rate is 9.9
==> difference: 9.9 - 4.5 = 5.4

The rate for Nov 2024: 5.4
