1) we can have two variants:
\(a = 5\) and \(b =2\)
\(a>2b\); \(5 > 4\) and \(5-4>0\)
second variant:
\(a = -2\) and \(b = -1,5\)
\(a>2b\); \(-2 > -3\) and \(-2-(-1.5) < 0\)
Insufficient
2) \(b > a + 3\) so \(b > a\) and \(a - b < 0\)
Sufficient.
