from statement 1
m=6 in this case m^4=1296 not divisible by 5
m=10 in this case m^4=10000 divisible by 5
hence insufficient

from statement 2
minimum value of m=5 as m^3 is divisible by 125
so value of m can be 5 or multiples of 5 (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 etc)
hence sufficient

Forget Conventional Methods here(it sounds cool when i say that eh?)
Use the property => K and K^n always have the same exact prime factors.
Statement1=> m=2 => NO
m=10=> YES
insuff
Statement 2 => From this statement we can say that m must have 5 as its prime.
Hence m^5 must be divisible by 5.

as 5 is a factor of 125, so m^4 must be divisible by 5.
