If m=n or m=-n...........(m – n)(m + n) =0........this is not the case in fact 1

Therefore, m ≠ n

Sufficient

(2) |m + n| > m + n

Let m=n=-1 ..... |-1 - 1| > -1 - 1.........|-2| > -2........2>2...........Answer is NO

Let m -2 & n=1 ..... |-2 + 1| > -2 + 1.........|-1| > -1........1>-1...........Answer is Yes
