Statement 1: The area of the parallelogram is 35 and the base has a length of 7.
Base = 7 and Area = Base*Height = 35
i.e. Height = 5
i.e./ Minimum perimeter of parallelogram (when it's rectangle = 2*(7+5) = 24 hence Perimeter of parallelogram is definitely greater than 23 hence
SUFFICIENT
Statement 2: The area of the parallelogram is 35 and the height has a length of 5
Height = 5 and Area = Base*Height = 35
i.e. Base = 5
i.e./ Minimum perimeter of parallelogram (when it's rectangle = 2*(7+5) = 24 hence Perimeter of parallelogram is definitely greater than 23 hence
