My take.
A. We know x = 9k but we do not know anything abt y and z..may be they are non integers or decimals.
Not sufficient
B. Nothing known abt x Not sufficient
By combining we know that each is an integer and x is always divided by 3.

Incorrect answer choice is marked in my opinion.
Edit : didn't consider that y and z are not necessarily integers,
Therefore C is correct.
