The pie chart shows a company's expenses. What is the measure of the angle indicated for Rent and Utilities, assuming the chart is drawn proportional to percent of total company expenses?
(1) The area of the section corresponding to Rent and Utilities is 6π.
(2) The area of the section corresponding to Debt Service is 15π.

The answer is C IMO.
We need to find the value of R or the area of sector representing Rent&Utilities / Total Area.
Statement 1 : The area of the section corresponding to Rent and Utilities is 6π.
Does not tell us anything about the total area.
Insufficient.
Statement 2 : The area of the section corresponding to Debt Service is 15π.
Does not tell us anything about the area corresponding to Rent & Utilities.
Insufficient.
Combining both the statements, we know 15pi = 30%. So, 6pi = (30/15)*6 = 12%.
Sufficient.
