I like it. quite a lot.
However, my opinion, I would group of one type under a single head then you click and for example you have all the update from CR section. Another the kudos and so forth.

My biggest gripe is that, as far as I could immediately tell, I can only turn this off by snoozing it (max 15 mins at that). It's quite distracting otherwise. Speaking as a PM, either make it easier to toggle off or remove it entirely.
