I am an engineer currently working as Electronics Instrumentation engineer in OIL & GAS consultancy PSU. This year july I will complete 2 year work ex. My GMAT score 700 (Q48, V38, IR 4).GPA 3.9, CLASS 10th : 88%, 12th : 92 % (JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY, INDIA). With such a low work ex, is it safe to wait for another year and then apply for MBA. Early entry option is a smart choice in my case??? or should I wait?? PLEASE HELP

The Early Entry Option is meant for people who will have less than two years of work experience as on March 31, 2015. You do not fall into this bracket, and hence cannot apply for the Early Entry Option. In terms of waiting, just an additional year of work experience is not going to substantially improve your chances. You should try and improve your profile along multiple dimensions. You can refer to this article for pointers on some of them: How to improve your profile for MBA admissions
With a GMAT score of 700 and a GPA of 3.9, your overall academic profile seems fine for ISB. Without further information it is difficult to comment on the other parameters (extra-curriculars, work involvement, leadership, as three examples). Hi,
Though your come from a diverse sector and PSU experience will help you get some brownie points, your experience is still technical. So, both 2 years work ex duration and 700 on GMAT is less.
We recommend that you add an year of experience and improve your GMAT score. Also, during this one year try to change your job profile either in the same company or another organization. Think along the lines of tender responses, operations, vendor evaluations etc. This will help you add variety to your work experience.
