I studied for about 85 hours in total and successfully achieved my aim. Now i am targeting 750, lets if i can do that or not.
Gmat Experience
:
Quantitative Aptitude : This section was not a big problem for me (being an Indian), i can easily solve 600 to 700 level questions in less than 1 minute.
Verbal Ability : This is the most difficult part for me as it is for most of the non native English speaker. So for this section i practiced a lot and try to do as much questions as i can from gmat club.
On Gmat Day
:
Reading comprehension passages weren't from quite unfamiliar topics, yet, closer answer choices made things bit difficult. Other sections of VA were as expected.
Quantitative Aptitude did not ask for more than common sense in 80% of questions. IR, on the other hand, tested intelligence levels by no easy clues.
Overall, things started and ended on a positive note. This helped the students to maintain composure during the test.
Recommendation
:
Sentence Correction : Aristotle Sentence correction and SC Notes by spidey.
Critical Reasoning : Powerscore CR Bible and gmatclub questions.
Reading Comprehension : I just did all the passages from OG.
Quantitative Ability : gmat club questions by BB and Bunuel.
One more thing for verbal section do Verbal questions from past LSAT's, as they are harder than the GMAT's Verbal. These are good for Reading Comprehension and especially Critical Reasoning, but not Sentence Correction.
