GMAT Cancel Scores Website Won't Work, Please Help!

Hey everyone,

I took the GMAT last Thursday and didn't get the score I wanted. My practice tests have been much higher than this score so I know I can do better than this but just had a bad test-day situation.

I for some reason didn't cancel the score on the spot and so have been trying to cancel the score on their website as I am well within the 72 hour cancellation range, but for some reason the website isn't showing any actions or scores near my previous exam. The 72 hour window ends tomorrow (Sunday) and I have called about 10 different numbers and sent about 3 different e-mails but since it's the weekend it's unlikely anyone will respond.

Has anyone had this problem before? Will they make an exception to cancel it after the 72 hour window since I've been trying to around the 40 hour mark but their website is just not letting me? I'm really stressed about this since I really don't want any schools to see this lower than usual score for me so any help is really appreciated!

As per i know anyone will be able to cancel GMAT score online within 72 hours of scheduled exam time for a US$25 fee by log in mba.com account.

Hi Rubina,

I've been trying to cancel the scores on my own on the website, but under the status for my GMAT exam there are no actionable items. It doesn't show I can cancel the scores anywhere on the website as if the site hasn't been updated after I took the exam.

1. Try a different browser: Edge/Firefox/Opera if you're on Chrome. 2. Try another system/connection. 3. Document your attempts (take screenshots). 4. Email everything to Pearson customer support. I don't think steps (1) and (2) are really going to help, as the problem is probably with their systems. I think (hope) that the link will appear tomorrow. ). Finally, schools are generally interested in your highest score, so I wouldn't worry too much about this if I were you.
