GMAT 1: 400 Q26 V20
GMAT 2: 600 Q42 V31
GMAT 3: 640 Q44 V33

Sat the GMAT for the second time yesterday. Received a 640 (Q44 V33) and I am quite disappointed. I thought that I did much better than a 640. Finished both Quant and Verbal with 2 mins to spare, compared to previous instances where I rush and barely finish. ESR can be found here: https://imgur.com/a/dqJ6Axh
In my last 3 GMAT Preps, I have scored 660 (Q47, V35), 640 (Q42 and V36) and 710 (Q48, V38).
Resources used:
Quant: TTP only. Completed it twice (both full and accelerated study plan). OG 2018 questions (75% complete).
Verbal: TTP for CR and SC. GMATNinja Videos for RC and SC. MGMAT for RC. OG 2018 questions (65% complete).
I started off with a 400 (Q26 and V20) in January, so it's been a long journey. I would ideally like to complete the GMAT process this year.
In my last 3 GMAT Preps, I have scored 660 (Q47, V35), 640 (Q42 and V36) and 710 (Q48, V38).

I'm sorry to hear that Test Day did not turn out better. A 640/Q44 is still a solid Score though - and it might be enough to get you into your first-choice School. In addition, raising a 400 to a 640 is a significant achievement. Before we discuss the data in your ESR (which appears to be missing one page of the data), it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) Over the last 3 months, how many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What 'brands' of CATs have you used during your studies?
3) You listed just 3 CAT Scores. On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) Is your overall goal score 700 or something else?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

Hi EMPOWERgmatRichC, thanks for your response.
1) I have actually logged every hour spent studying since January (358 hours on Quant, 168 on Verbal; attached).
2) I have only used GMAC GMAT Prep tests
3) Dates for CAT are as follows: 26 Sep - 660 (Q47, V35), 17 Oct - 640 (Q42, V36), 24 Oct - 710 (Q48, V38, but I did get some familiar questions so I know this score is inflated)
4) Yes, my goal is 710 or above.
5) Applying in R1 next year, so I have ~10 months left to get my 710. Applying to M7, LBS, INSEAD, Judge and Said. Unfortunately, a 640 will not be enough.
6) I have reuploaded the ESR with all 10 pages.
