Hi guys,
I currently feel terribly nervous about my revoked exam which was canceled 2 hours ago. Since I have limited time until the end of this month to complete my master's application, I need your immediate recommendations about my situation. Please help
Today, 8th May 2021, I was kicked out of the exam because I went to open my window between the quant and verbal sessions (30-sec break), because the room was so hot. It was a natural instinct and I was not aware of what I did. It took only 5 secs to open up the window to get some fresh air in the room. I did not leave the camera frame and what I did was fully recorded. The proctor never spoke orally to warn me both before the exam and during the time of action, just texted me on the chatbox regarding my violation of policy, and then she revoked the exam.
Now, I contacted the online support and the agent opened a case regarding my situation. I gave all the details and demanded a new test before the application period. He also added that the case will be reviewed by a program coordinator, and they will contact me as soon as possible via email. However, the time period might extend due to COVID19 situation.
I don't know what to do now. Is there a chance to reschedule an online exam without pay in 15 days? What should I do further to get a faster response?
It was a horrible experience for me, and I am distraught with myself.

I'm sorry to hear about all of this. While I believe that you were not consciously thinking about doing anything illegal during the Exam, the Test Moderator certainly has no way of knowing that (and was just following the rules of the Exam; currently, with the At-home GMAT, you're allowed an optional 5-minute 'break' after the Verbal section, but you're not allowed to leave the computer before then).
Since a case has been opened, there will be an investigation into all of this. That having been said, these situations can sometimes take weeks before they are ultimately resolved. In addition, since you technically finished the Quant section, you have seen some of the questions that exist in the current 'pool' of questions. The 16-day waiting period between Exams taken in the same format is there so that the current pool of questions can be cycled-out and replaced with a pool of new questions (so that you don't inadvertently end up seeing a bunch of questions that you had already answered). Thus, regardless of how your particular case is resolved, you will likely have to wait for that same 16 days to pass.
While all of this probably feels really frustrating, you should look to take advantage of the next 2 weeks and get in some additional study time. How were scoring on your practice CATs/mocks up to this point? And what is your overall Score Goal?

So sorry to listen the experience. I agree to above post from Rich . Since it may take time at least 2 week to book another exam, you have an opportunity to get the maximum out of time . You can only do right on things those are in your hand.
