so my experience with the online gmat wasn't great.
i started with the awa ,the argument was fairly simple similar to the ones in the gmat prep
while typing there is lag like u r typing but the words doesnt appear on the screen but its not a big issue
the IR section was easy the test was going smoothly up till now but things started to get a lil messy here ,every time
i clicked to go to the next question the browser lagged for like 10-15 seconds and sometimes it even said the program is not responding wait for it or end the process
but i didnt pay much attention to it as it was the IR section (my connection wasnt lagging at all and being a gamer i usually keep the internet speed and loss in check)
i hoped that it would clear up in the quant section but it didnt
now on to the quant section ,it was very easy and i was going so smoothly over the questions so i didnt pay much attention to the problem and ended up with a got a q50 i was expecting a q51 tho
but then here comes the game changer i start the verbal section the initial questions were fairly similar to what you would expect on the gmatprep mocks but after 10th question my pc crashed for no reason at all i have no idea what happened (i just bought a newlaptop 15 days ago doesnt make much sense) this happened around when 48 minutes were remaining then i panicked because this is supposed to be the most important section
then i restarted the pc logged in again wasted around 3 mins ,calmed my self for another 30 seconds then i got back to the questions (also i was loosing 5-10 seconds every question which became a stressor now)
did around 28(i did mark the last 8 questions in under 1 min) by the end of the exam and ended up with a v31
Can any expert elaborate on my verbal score like how many questions i got incorrect in the first 28 questions ?
i cant afford an esr right now because i am saving for my offline test
overall my take on verbal i didnt find the question tough they were very similar to the questions you would tackle on gmatprep mocks
i am pretty sure i got only 1 rc question wrong in the first 3 rc's(had to skip the last one its was aroud the 33rd question) i just love doing rc's it might be the case that i got easy rc because i might have made some mistakes earlier in the cr and sc question
and Yes i gave all the gmat prep mocks my score was ranging from 730-760 ,i was able to do 30-32 question in verbal section in the mocks and still end up with a 740
i ended up with a 690 pretty disappointed rn
Anyways good luck for the exam guys get it over with its not tough just do the og the gmatprep mocks or the advanced questions and you are good to go.

First of all, congrats on getting a Q50, which is not so easy to score on Quant section (mine case is completely inverse) and even after marking last 8 questions as a guess you ended up getting a V31, which is again good. Maybe your score went down because of those last 8 questions and 2-3 questions wrong in earlier part.
Although 690 is not your dream score, but it is still a good score... pretty much you did well. Try retaking the exam offline, maybe scoring a 730 plus will be a cakewalk for you

Getting a Q50 is a great achievement. Congratulations on that !!
