You could get to 650+ by just increasing your quant score, and you could get to 700+, by increasing both your quant score and your verbal score.
However, you aren't likely to do so by simply answering OG questions, in other words, by doing mixed practice.
Rather, to increase your score significantly, you likely have to work topic by topic, mastering one topic at a time.
To prepare in that way, for each topic, you would first learn or review all the concepts involved in that topic and then do dozens of practice questions involving that topic until you virtually can't miss them. Then, you'd move on to the next topic and do the same thing. As you mastered each topic, your expected score would increase point by point.
