As mentioned above, as per official documentation Adhaar is allowed only for online appointments. You would need a passport for test centre appointments as those are run by Pearson Vue.

Hi,

I have my exam scheduled on 19th May and I had to submit my passport for UK visa. Is there any way that I can show other proof of IDs if do not have my passport with me now?
I am from India.
You can't take a test centre exam without the passport. You need to cancel or reschedule if you haven't done so already (unless you're getting the passport back in time).
https://www.mba.com/exams/gmat/about-th ... egulations
Rescheduling will cost $150. Cancellation will cost $200.
You can do one of the two till 24 hours before the appointment.
If you do neither, and can't take the exam, you will lose the full amount.

One reason (only good reason) to cancel is if you decide to take the Online GMAT instead. You can use your Aadhar Card and do a fresh registration for the Online GMAT

Thank you for all your suggestions. I would like to update you that I have reached out to Pearson Vue to confirm the same and they said a passport is a must for the test center exam.
Later, however, I got to know about the "keep my passport" visa service, I have opted for it and I got back my passport now.
