Scored 555 in GMAT with Q81 V81 but D71. Need guidance

Question

Hello guys, I took GMAT FE yesterday - 5th Oct. Overall the exam center experience was good. But for some reason my Data Insight section dragged my whole score down. I scored 26th percentile D71. 
I scored poorly in multi-source reasoning and two-part analysis
I had taken Official GMAT FE mock day before yesterday and had scored 615. I thought maybe I will improve or repeat same performance during my actual exam but had disappointing result.
I need guidance how can I improve my DI. Also, can you suggest what should I do to improve " Analysis/Critique" in Verbal? 
 I'm planning to take GMAT FE again on 26th Oct. 
Also, I'm looking to apply to IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM-K, IIM-C, IIM-L
Is 615 score sufficient for admission in R3 of this IIMs? I want to join from Apr-2025 batch only. Can anyone guide me what was the acceptance GMAT range for R1 and R2 this year?
I have good work profile - 7 years work ex in Maruti and Tata, NIT graduate

Hi there! To boost your Data Insights score, especially in multi-source reasoning and two-part analysis, start by focusing on your weak points. Break down complex data step by step, and take your time understanding how the pieces fit together. Practicing with official GMAT questions will help, gmatclub also provides alot of amazing questions for free. For Verbal, try reading articles or essays that challenge your thinking—pause to question the arguments and assumptions, I personally do this and am picking up some books to boost my skills. It’s all about training your brain to spot flaws and think critically. Keep track of where you're struggling, and focus on those areas in the days leading up to your next exam on the 26th. Improving DI with already set Q will be quite easy. 20 odd days are enough to do so.

When students struggle with DI questions, the first thing I always ask is whether they have fully completed their quant and verbal prep. Not doing so can really affect how well you handle DI questions, as many of those questions involve quantitative and verbal concepts. So, would you say you are in that boat?

In addition, one way to improve each individual DI question type is to engage in topical practice. Doing so lets you pinpoint your weak areas in JUST ONE question type. For example, when practicing TPA questions, perhaps you see a pattern that you struggle with 3-part ratios or weighted averages. If you can find those micro weaknesses, you can fix them in real-time and thus improve your accuracy in DI questions..

Lastly, when working on DI questions, for the time being, make sure to practice them untimed so you can focus on JUST accuracy. As you become more familiar with these question types and get more accurate, better timing will follow.

Both "Analysis/Critique" and "Plan/Construct" are so broad that you'd be better off working on CR generally, rather than focusing on any particular question type.
