From what I've heard, they don't go on the DEEP web. More like they open the profiles and see what 4/5 social media links you provide. If you don't, or if it's a closed profile, or if it's sus, they dig 1 step deeper. I don't think they still go past web security/encryption to see beyond to dig out dirt on you.

Rule of thumb, be normal, be yourself, don't keep profiles locked, don't delete stuff unless absolutely needed, disclose accounts with honesty etc.

Do not overthink

You will be fine

They'll make sure you don't have any anti-israel or anti-america stuff

They will also look for anything that might suggest that you're looking to get a h1b visa etc
