Hi forum,

I graduated from a top 2 public undergrad in Systems Engineering in 2008 and my GPA was a 2.3. My GMAT was a 650.

I had been accepted at William + Mary, Washington U in St Louis, and Notre Dame ($) for MACC.

Which one in your opinion would be the best? I have 2 weeks to decide.

College of William and Mary's accounting program is well known for its undergraduate program.
However, Notre Dame's accounting program is a top notch program for both its undergraduate and graduate programs.

I think for educational purposes, all 3 schools have strong curriculum.
For job prospects, Notre Dame is a feeder school for many top accounting firms. It's also great that Notre Dame gave you some scholarship. :-D

Hey Nink,

One of the things that Im looking into is once I get a MS accounting I want to work in public accounting for 3 - 4 years and then make at decision if I want to do MBA or PHD (I'll be 30 or so when I start finally)

what would be the best choice in your opinion?

Doesn't really matter.
For MBA, what matters is your career goal, essays, GPA, GMAT, and career progression. You can figure all this out later.

All the schools that you have admits to are great options.
I hope you visit some of them and find the right fit and campus culture. After all, you have to go to a program that you will fit right in.
