Hey does anyone have any idea about how the waitlist for scholarship works at Johnson?

So they have put me on Waitlist fot Scholarship consideration. They will update on the decision in the coming days.

I didnot appeal any decision.

Ah, okay, that makes sense. There's really not much for you to do at this point.

You basically need to hold out for those who were accepted and received scholarship money to defer or give up their seats. It's really no different than any other waitlist other than a one-for-one spot, it's about the amount of money you would get if X amount frees up.

The school/AdCom does not typically hold reserve money. They try to distribute it upfront as funds are a key recruiting tool to get accepted students to actually accept.

I realize that's probably not comforting, but at least you're in!
