C. We who then graduated high school in the United States in the early ’60s were

D. Those of us who then graduated from high school in the United States in the early ’60s were

E. We high school graduates who were in the United States in the early ’60s were

(A) The use of restrictive clause is correct. The information after "We" i.e "who graduated from high school" is essential to understand "who we are?"

(B) Use of non-restrictive clause falter this answer choice. If you see, this is the original sentence with non-restrictive clause.

(C) & (D) - use of "then" makes the sentence sound awkward and changes the intended meaning of the original sentence.

(E) changes the intended meaning of the original sentence.
