(A) The use of restrictive clause is correct. The information after "We" i.e "who graduated from high school" is essential to understand "who we are?"

(B) Use of non-restrictive clause falter this answer choice. If you see, this is the original sentence with non-restrictive clause.

(C) & (D) - use of "then" makes the sentence sound awkward and changes the intended meaning of the original sentence.

(E) changes the intended meaning of the original sentence.
