Yes they can push the cart farther than 3 miles.
From 1) Rahim's speed is 1mile per hour. Therefore, Ram's speed is 4miles per hour.Taking turns for one hour means they push (1+4) = 5 miles
2) Pushing for 4 hours also means (1*2)+(4*2)=10 miles
Therefore, they can push farther than 3 miles.
