I see welcome written and a link to Knowledge@Wharton with article on green industry.. not sure if it means anything..

Are you able to enter in the page mbawelcome.wharton.upenn.edu?

Enter how? The webpage loads up but seems like that's just the default welcome page for accepted students that anybody can see if you know the URL. When I click on "myWharton MBA" on that page, it just takes me to

https://upenngsb.askadmissions.net/Vip/Vip.aspx

and I just see the same thing as aszx5527:

"Welcome,xxx My Events/Interviews | Change Password | Log out

Hi xxx,

We noticed that this is the first time you have logged in.

Click the link below. The page will be partially filled out with your personal information. Please take some time to tell us more about yourself or update your information to customize your WhartonVIP page.

Welcome screen, next steps with article also.

From https://mbawelcome.wharton.upenn.edu/inf ... ps/enroll/

They mention to "Log in to your Wharton online application. Your online admissions acceptance letter includes a link to the enrollment form. Please complete and submit the enrollment form."

Wharton Online Application is hyperlinked to https://app.applyyourself.com/AYApplica ... =UPENN-GSB

No use in worrying too much. Wish you all the best! Going to try to tire myself out at the gym to take my mind off the wait.

Edit* Also FYI the deposit is $2000 and its due on Feb 14th for round 1 applicants.

Probably a good idea. Good luck tomorrow!

Is this the first time you've logged in? Or did you have a filled out profile before?

Mine only says "Welcome" as well. Ugh.

I just filled out mine again, and now see the Welcome and next steps page. Though I'm also certain I filled out my profile a while back.

For those invited to interview: Did anyone else notice that about 8 hours ago, the application homepage had a "decision posted here after October ##" type link listed (in addition to the INVITED TO INTERVIEW status)? Then, when you clicked on the "decision posted here" link, it just led you to an oddly-formatted letter of the interview invitation?

But now, when I log back in, that link disappeared.

Interesting!

Same here. Initially thought it was bad news to not get the "next steps" page, but it's probably a generic response as well. I just need to stay off the forum this week and focus back on life.

When ya'll are saying "next steps", is it grayed our is it a link? Mine (that is the text) is grayed out.

I may be speculating here, but perhaps those who are seeing their info disappear are the ones getting admitted. Post interview admission at Wharton is around 40%? In any case, it is the minority..just like the 3 out of the 10 or so people who have posted about not seeing the "welcome / next steps" page...

I'm getting a very buggy Welcome page with a "Meet Our Students" section and an article about the sports industry. When I logged in, I had to update my information.

Either way, tomorrow is going to be the longest day of my life. Good luck everyone!

I think 10 people is far too small a sample size...

And I'm pretty sure the rate has crept closer to 50% recently. (I was under the impression Wharton interviews about 40% applicants, taken from an Ankur Kumar quote), and with an acceptance rate around 20%, that would be 50% post int-acceptance. Again, far too small a sample size regardless. This site is going to drive me nuts. I should stop but I just can't.

is there three different versions then:
(1) only welcome, with no link to add in further information,
(2) a short prompt to add more information, and
(3) full information - and there's two versions: (a) meet our students and (b) without "meet our students"

i think the page in general is pretty buggy - could just be a systems issue where some people's profiles were lost? or could be a signal of other things..

Just to add a data point...I'm a reapplicant and had to create a new mywharton login in order to apply again. I just tried my old login and it came up without my info (info deleted) as some alluded to above. My new app login has the next steps/meet our students page. Not sure it means anything but thought I'd share

If it is helpful, and it very well may not be:

Despite having previously filled it out, my page has the "We noticed that this is the first time you have logged in." message as well. I have not updated my info today to see what lies beyond that, nor am I going to at this time. Excited to hear from Wharton tomorrow either way! Fingers crossed for an accept! (Despite my putting matriculating to HBS in my profile I'm still keeping an open mind to Wharton, many friends there)

I like your theory, as that appears to be the case on my page as well... Says only "Welcome", has a picture of a student named Todd Mortenson, and then a pretty messed up little knowledge today section with a link to "Greening the Sports Industry"

I just had a small hearth attack...
