Profile #5 - Vantage Point MBA
Demographics: Male US citizen, 32 years old
Education/Test Score: 3.0 GPA from a top-ranked liberal arts college, 3.5 GPA from Master’s in Public Policy; 165V/166Q GRE
Work Experience: Started his career on Capitol Hill then became a paralegal at a top corporate law firm; after his MPP, he shifted into finance as an analyst then associate at a boutique investment bank
Extracurricular: He played varsity squash and tennis in college and teaches private lessons to this day. He founded a squash tournament for 30+ players in undergrad and created a political dialogue club in grad school. He also recently joined the Army National Guard. He is firmly grounded in his religion and did a good job in his applications of discussing how that shaped his values without saying anything controversial.
Post-MBA Goals: Private equity
