Below is my profile:

10th 88.60%, 12th 70.15%, BE CSE(Pune university) 7.86cgpa ie ~3.2/4.0

Team lead  at Smart India Hackathon 2023 - zonal level qualified

Was I nstagram  content creator and build two accounts from scratch till  5k  and  25k  followers respectively with  millions  of reach. Was a  GNC  brand athlete.

Currently working in TCS as  Data & System analyst  with  client facing role  with around  16month  of WE as of today.

Was  District level sport player  for Dodgeball and Throwball and represented  Pune  at District level during 2018-2020 period.

Part of NGO:  Vasundhara Foundation — Human Welfare — Active volunteer, food distribution, clothing drives, education programs etc

Work part time in my  Family Business:  Hardware/electrical supply — Sales, operations, client relationships etc

Gave GMAT cold mock with absolute zero prep and zero knowledge about exam pattern, verdict scored ~505 in first mock, planning to give GMAT in Oct

Building a Coherent MBA Story Early in Your Career 
The real question here is not whether 16 months of experience is enough to apply, but whether this profile can tell a coherent story when so many elements are pointing in different directions.

- At 16 months in TCS, the experience question will be the loudest concern for any MBA program outside India's early-career options like ISB's YLP or some PGPM tracks; the content creation and family business involvement are genuinely interesting, but they need to compound the narrative rather than scatter it.

- A cold mock of ~505 on the current GMAT (scores ending in 5) suggests meaningful prep is still ahead; reaching a score in the 655-685 range is not impossible by October, but the gap requires a structured plan started now, not after informal practice.

- The 12th-grade score of 70.15% will draw scrutiny on Indian applications, particularly at ISB, where the academic filter is real; the BE CGPA of 7.86 partially offsets this, and the Hackathon leadership adds a data point, but the trajectory still needs explaining.

- Client-facing work at TCS is a stronger asset than a purely delivery-side role, but 16 months leaves little room to show progression; a promotion, expanded scope, or measurable project outcome before applying would change the admissions read considerably.

- The family business and NGO work are not decorative; if either shows ownership or scale, that evidence belongs in the application prominently.

The school list and goal clarity will ultimately determine whether this profile has a realistic path or an aspirational one.
