Indian male, Masters in Finance and Accounting, then CPA, worked in two of the top four audit firms and now in a bank which is cutting jobs in Singapore, career has stagnated and pay hasn't risen for sometime, salary 96000 SGD pa, age 31, will be 32 if/when I get in, work history 7 years. Am on an EP in Singapore.

Why don't you attend an info session of INSEAD in Singapore, and check the relevant stats such as the average age group for recent entrants, the general profile of class, GMAT scores etc. It's really tough to say what your chances are right now because there are many things that will be taken into account when you apply to any B-School, and the key thing is to bolster your profile, and thereby maximize your chances of getting there. For that to happen, you need to be aware of your strengths in order to emphasize them more, and your weaknesses in order to justify them, or carefully guard them (not by deceiving any AdCom, of course). Lastly, try to connect with some INSEAD alumni and tap their knowledge.
