Hello
First of all, what business schools do you plan to apply to and where? Because your age exceeds the average age of applicants in US B-schools by 10 years at-least. so the most important question you will have to address in why MBA now? Why did you not go for it 5 - 10 years ago. also, with more work experience you will be expected to have a lot more leadership experience than the rest of the applicants.
Have you considered EMBA?
Your undergrad GPA is on the lower side and to make up for it, I would suggest you to aim for a GMAT score around 750 if you want to get into a good business school. Tell me more about your work experience and extracurricular activities - major projects, achievements and major leadership experiences in and outside of work. Are involved in any volunteer work?
Another important part of your business school application is post MBA goals. Why do you want to pursue MBA and what industry or position do you hope to get into after completing the MBA.
You come from a non-IT background and have international experiences and these should help your application a little bit. But there are a lot of other things that will decide your fate
Tell me more about your profile and i will be able to advice you better.
In he mean time take a look at this article and understand why it is difficult for older applicants to apply for full time MBA
