I have recently completed the diagnostic test from the official GMAT Review (13th Ed.). My Scores are as follows:
Quantitative:
Problem Solving - 13 (average)
Data Sufficiency - 13 (average)
Verbal:
Reading Comprehension - 15 (above-average)
Critical Reasoning - 13 (above-average)
Sentence Correction - 13 (above-average)
I have no idea how "average" and "above-average" (according to the attached table) correspond to actual test scores. I write the exam in about 3.5 weeks and anything above 550 is fine. Am I on track or am I screwed?

Honestly, "average" doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot on the OG's crusty old paper-based diagnostic. It means that you aren't a complete disaster at answering these questions, and it means that you aren't yet a superstar, either. But it's impossible to accurately translate your results into a scaled GMAT score--the silly diagnostic doesn't even begin to capture the nuances and time pressure of the actual exam.
If you're looking for an accurate diagnostic score, download the GMATPrep exams from MBA.com, and give one of those a shot. Keep working through official questions as much as possible, but you'll definitely want to do a bunch of timed, computerized practice tests (GMATPrep is the best, but MGMAT is a solid supplement, especially for quant) before you take the actual test.

To second poster above, it doesnt really mean much. I suggest not to try to put a number to this paper diagnostic. If you are only 3 week away I suggest to take one of the GMAT Prep tests now to truly asses your level. Save the other one after you have preped considerably.
