What does the perfect Harvard applicant look like?

Hi guys,

What, in your opinion, does the perfect applicant to HBS look like? I know the GMAT average is 731 from the profile evaluator tool but in terms of work experience and other factors, what would be a HBS admission tutor's perfect applicant be?

I attended an information session at Harvard, and also have seen many youtube videos where students have shared how they got into Harvard. From all my understanding there is nothing like a perfect profile for Harvard.

They look for diversity in their student pool. Your passion towards your future goals, how all your experience as an individual can add value to Harvard, how you can contribute back to the society, all these things will matter. I have seen students with less GMAT score also getting into Harvard.

So if you think you have it in you, just give it a try.

I heard that Harvard Adcoms are very selective in screening. But they adore one who has exceptional leadership traits and proved the same in their personal & professional life.
