IMO A

Circumference =$$2 \pi r$$ = x
r = x \ $$2 \pi$$

Area = $$\pi$$ $$r^2$$
= $$\frac{x^2}{4\pi}$$

2* pi * r = x
r= x/2pi
pi * r^2
pi * x^2/4pi
