Since it is a right angled triangle,
YX² + XZ² = YZ²
4² + XZ² = 8²
XZ² = 64-16
XZ² = 48
XZ = 4√3
Area of traingle XYZ
= ½*YX*XZ
= ½*4*4√3
= 8√3
Hence, option C.
