Number when divided by 10 leaves 4 as remainder

=> Units' digit of the number is 4
=> ELIMINATE C, D

Number when divided by 15 leaves 9 as remainder

=> Number is divisible by 3
=> Sum of digits is divisible by 3

A. 9+6+5+4 = 24 => Divisible by 3
B. 9+6+6+4 = 25 => NOT Divisible by 3 => EILIMINATE B
E. 9+8+6+4 = 27 => Divisible by 3

Number when divided by 28 leave 22 as remainder

=> As 28 is a multiple of 4 and 22 is not, so number will be even and will NOT be a multiple of 4
=> Last two digits of the numbers will NOT be a multiple of 4

A. 54 is NOT divisible by 4
E. 64 is divisible by 4

So. Answer will be A
