(1) The perimeter is greater than 5.
(2) x = 30.

From statement 1:

Unique value of width is not possible.
Hence 1 is insufficient.

From statement 2:

Area = 30.

Area = Width x Length.

Max width can be 30.

Hence sufficient.

B is the answer.
