Individual statements are clearly insufficient.

Adding both 1 and 2 gives, 9(a+b+c+d+e+f) = 18000
Therefore, a+b+c+d+e+f = 2000

(2) $$2a+4b+6c+5d+7e+3f=8,000$$

we are looking for mean of a,b,c,d,e,f.

Statement 1: clearly NOT sufficient.

Statement 2: The same as 1.

Combining :

Add both of the statements. both statements together sufficient.

9a + 9b + 9c + 9d + 9e + 9f = 18000

9(a + b + c + d + e + f) = 18000

a + b+ c + d+ e+ f = 2000

a + b+ c+ d+ e+f /6 = 2000/6

That's what we are looking for.
