(1) circumference must be known ....insuff
(2) 1mtr = 4 rev.
150 mtr = 150*4 rev
suff

need to know the radius or circumference

stat1: no info abt circumference ,,,not suff

stat2 : directly gives the answer.. every 1 m 360 degree rotation,,hence 150m itmkaes 150 rotations..
