By using Pythagoras Theorem,
$$AB=\sqrt{2^2+3^2} = 5$$
$$BC=\sqrt{2^2+1^2}=\sqrt{5}$$
$$AC=\sqrt{5^2+3^2}=\sqrt{34}$$

$$Perimeter= 5+\sqrt{5}+\sqrt{34}$$
