By using Pythagoras Theorem,
\(AB=\sqrt{2^2+3^2} = 5\)
\(BC=\sqrt{2^2+1^2}=\sqrt{5}\)
\(AC=\sqrt{5^2+3^2}=\sqrt{34}\)

\(Perimeter= 5+\sqrt{5}+\sqrt{34}\)
Hence, Correct answer is A
