1. It states that vw=0 ,
if x=infinity then we cannot determine the product value as it becomes 0*(1/0) so 0/0>>cant be determined. insufficient

2. x=5; but we dont know the values of v and w; insufficient


1+2>> Suffcient since x value is finite.

Hence Ans C ....


I am not sure how the OA is A because we never know what value x can take.

Don't complicate things. Infinity is not a number.

What is the product of v, w, and x?

(1) The product of v and w is 0.
(2) x=5


how can we determine if x is 8 or 10 or 10000?

It does not matter. Since from (1) v*w = 0, then v*w*x = 0*x = 0, regardless of the value of x.
