A...2b-a=2c
a=2b-2c
Put value of a in (5a-4b+10c)/3b
Ans 2

B...4b/(8c+4a)=1/2
8b=8c+4a
a=2b-2c...same
ans d

Option -1 - Putting the value of 2c in the given equation we can obtain an equation with both numerator and denominator in the form of 'b'. So sufficient.
Option - 2 - We can simplify the given equation and get the same equation as option-1. So sufficient.

The answer is D.

If we can just manipulate the question statement

We can get {5(a+2c) - 4b} / {3b}

from 1) we get a+2c = 2b, which when substituted gives us an unique value

from 2) 4b = 2c + a, which when substituted gives us an unique value

D
