What is the value of (5a - 4b + 10c)/(3b) ?
(1) 2b-a = 2c
(2) 4b/(8c+4a) = 1/2

Option -1 - Putting the value of 2c in the given equation we can obtain an equation with both numerator and denominator in the form of 'b'. So sufficient.
