Fisrt Eq can be satisfied for any Interger Value of X, so a definate value of X is not determined.

2nd Eq can be onyl satisfy for x= 0. So 2nd alone is Good enough.

BTW whats the Ans ?

x=0 is the only value when 2 is true

1 is true for any -ve value of x
