Absolutely. In this 6.25<x<7.5 would mean that x = 7.

I think the OA of this question should be A.
As x is an integer it can only take value of 7

Let's say x = 7. This value of x satisfies both statements. Also, if x = 6.99999 or x = 7.00001 .... these value too satisfy both the statements. Hence, no way we can get a unique value of x. Option E.
