What is the value of (x-y)^4?

1. The product of x and y is 7.
2. x and y are integers.

The answer should be c.. right?? Simply because the only integers that could have the sum of 7 are 1 and 7

Just wanted to confirm the logic.

The product of x and y are 7.
In this case x and y can be either 1 and 7 or -1 and -7.
Hence in both case scenario the value of (x-y)^4 will be the same.
So the answer should be C.
What is the OA?

(1-7)^4 = (7-1)^4 = (-1-(-7))^4 = (-7-(-1))^4 =6^4

C. You can't assume these are integers.

(28-.25) ^ 4 = 551399.0664
