Statement:1. 3x=5y

x= \(\frac{5y}{3}\)*100= \(\frac{500}{3}\) of y= 166.67% of y [Suff]

Statement:2.

y= \(\frac{60}{100}\) of x= \(\frac{3}{5}\)x; x=\(\frac{5y}{3}\), which is same as statement 1 [Suff]

Answer: D.
