Msamin,
Here is a list of things you can do over the final weeks of prep.
Review Your NotesIdeally you have been taking notes throughout your GMAT prep. Now is the time to go over those notes and make sure you are solid across all areas including Quant, Verbal, and Data Insights.
Review Your Error LogIf you have been keeping an
error log, you should have plenty of valuable material to revisit. Focus on patterns, whether it is careless mistakes, timing issues, or recurring concept gaps. Use this time to strengthen any weak spots before test day.
Flashcard ReviewIf you created flashcards from your notes, spend time reviewing them over the next two weeks. This is a great way to refresh key concepts. You can also use any pre-made flashcards you have been working with to quickly test yourself on high-yield topics.
Do Mixed Practice SetsCreate custom practice sets that include a mix of easy, medium, and hard questions in Quant, Verbal, and Data Insights. Aim for realistic set lengths of around 20 to 25 questions and be sure to carefully review any questions you miss or guess on. Look for patterns in your errors and address them directly.
Take a Final Practice Exam or TwoIf you want to fit in one or two full-length practice tests, that is fine as long as it is not too close to test day. For example, taking it six days before the exam is a good idea if you have the energy and time to review it. But if you are doing it just to squeeze in one more test, it is better to skip it. The last thing you want is a disappointing result that shakes your confidence right before the real thing.
