Hi phambrenda,
Instead of thinking in terms of handling individual questions, try thinking in terms of your 'processes' (re: what notes do you take, how do you organize your work, what CAN you figure out with the information that you've been given, is there anything in the prompt that reminds you of work that you have done before, etc.). Sometimes, just working through those basic initial steps can help you to figure out how to approach the question. Beyond those suggestions, it's also worth noting that no question will ever "kill" your Score if you get it wrong - so if you genuinely have no way of even approaching a prompt, then you should 'dump it' and move on (and you can use the time that you 'save' on all of the other questions that you do know how to answer).
