Basically let them know that you are not coming. However, if you made a connection with an admissions officer, student or alumni, then you should write these people, thank them for their time and tell them what your plans are. Also, you should connect with them through Linkedin. If no connections made, then simply follow the school's process for not selecting their offer of admissions.

Just be polite and respectful, and don't beat yourself up over this, there are many candidates who apply to more than 1 school and then have to decline offers.
