Try to do alternate questions, this way the already reached score level would be maintained.
If you do 1st 5 and guess rest 5, in worst case a series of wrong answers would severely affect your score.

For ex. do 32, 34, 36, 38, and 40, guess 33,35,37,39,41
But do remember to guess 41, so that you don't get penalty for not completing the test.

that's weird, i took the gmat with q48 and v29, yet i have the same scores as you???

If I have remaining questions, I will either know how to approach it right away or not. If I know how to do it quickly, I will go ahead because at least you know it will most likely correct. If I do not know it right away, I just take a quick guess and go on to the next one. I agree with everyone else that the last few questions don't count as much towards your final score.
