I just tried gmat prep, and noticed that it doesn't have explanations for answers.
Are there any other sites that offer full gmat tests with answer explanations (preferably for free) ?

You're already here... You could go through the various posts on the forum. Good contributions get you Kudos. Enough Kudos and you can trade them in for the CAT tests available here...
