Hello hD,

Recently, one of my students got 740 and another got 750.

Name of my student who got 740 is Anand Puneet Singh. He was able to fetch admit from ISB.

Ankit Barak got 750.

Both of them, because they are Indians, were comfortable with Quant. They, somehow, needed some laser focused guidance on Verbal.

I helped Ankit with SC and RC. Ankit, when contacted me, had 660 in his first attempt. After improving his SC and RC, he managed to get 750.

I helped Anand with RC. When he wrote his test, he told me that my RC strategies helped him a lot with the nerve issue and the timing issue on the test-day.
He was able to manage RC very comfortably and that saved him more time to tackle CR and SC and that too very comfortably and confidently.

If you ask, I can connect you with both of them. In fact, I am planning to have a webinar with Anand. His story is incredible. He had what we call, RC phobia.
He not only managed to conquer that RC fear, but RC ultimately became his forte.

Ankit also had a very intriguing situation. He always struggled with Main Point/ Primary Purpose questions on RC and timing issue.
He only had one RC session with me ( of 2 hours) and his accuracy went to perfection, not only on Main Point/Primary Purpose questions but also on detailed oriented questions like Inference/ according to the passage.

Happy to help if you need any assistance with Verbal, especially RC.

Regards,
Muhammad Ali Tariq.

I have used Quant question bank by almost all the tutors in this community, and also those who are not active on this community.

I can share with you my honest feedback if that is of any value to you.

Brent is awesome, and so is Bunuel. And these two should be enough along with official questions for anyone.
It has been proven time and again that Official questions are more than enough.
There was an awesome post by Brian McCleroy on the importance of official questions. Can't locate now. But, I'll come back to this post when i'll find.

However, if money is to be spent, there are much better free resources also available in this community. Think twice.
Happy to help.

Hi hD13,

The biggest issue I see with your preparation strategy is that you seem to be doing a ton of practice and a ton of practice exams prior to fully building your quantitative and verbal skills. So, as a result, your practice test scores have been all over the place.

Thus, moving forward, you may consider taking a step back and spending more time solidifying your quant and verbal skills before diving into practice questions and more practice tests. Certainly, you can use the data from all of your past practice to hone in on your weak areas but really spend time learning these topics before engaging in more practice.
